What counts as a job?
A job is one role you're hiring for — its own question set and its own pool of candidates. A job stays active while it's accepting invitations or has anyone still interviewing. Close it when you're done and the slot frees immediately.
What happens when I close a job?
The slot frees up right away so you can open another role. Anyone mid-interview always finishes — we never orphan a candidate. And every transcript and summary stays yours to read, forever, on every plan.
What counts as an interview?
An interview is counted only when a candidate actually starts answering — when they send their first message. Invitations that are never opened or never started cost you nothing.
What happens if I use all my interviews?
We never cut off candidates mid-interview and never charge you extra. You get a grace buffer, then new invitations pause until your pool resets or you upgrade.
Do unused interviews roll over?
No. The pool resets each billing month.
Do you require a card for the trial?
No.
